Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available: Standard Shipping (7 - 15 business days), Fast Shipping (5-10 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend. Some items cannot be shipped using Fast Shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Shipping available. Currently, we can not ship to U.S. APO/FPO or other military address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Standard Shipping:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5-15 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will not charge any extra delivery fee but would take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery. Free Shipping promotions cover all states include Alaska and Hawaii.
Fast Shipping:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5-10 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will not charge any extra delivery fee but would take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).
